RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
To make a return, please contact us via e-mail (edshoponline@yahoo.com) to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code and return address prior to returning an order. You will need to provide three pieces of information in order to receive a RMA code:

1) The first and last name of the person by whom the order was placed

2) The order number.

3) The contact E-mail you put when you placed the order.

A request for a RMA code and return address must be made within 7 days of receipt. Then you need to ship out the return package and offer us tracking number within 7 days from issuance of the RMA code.

Note: All returns must be accompanied by a RMA code—we cannot be responsible for unauthorized returns that are not correctly processed.

When making a return, please write the RMA code on the exterior of the package or include it on a slip of paper inside the package. You do not need to include the original invoice.

*We will not be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we advise that you to ship your return with insurance using a tracking service.
